Wednesday Wisdom | The Years Are Short

by Melissa on March 31, 2010

I saw this video after Blogush recommended it and couldn’t help but think of my cousin Angie (an amazing mom of three), who posted on her facebook status, “It’s Daughter’s Week! If you have a daughter who makes your life interesting and fun, who has been a blessing in your life and makes life worth living just by being around – copy and paste this to your status. ♥.Your daughter will outgrow your lap, but never your heart…♥”

Then, I learned it was made by Gretchen Rubin, the writer of a book Patrick is reading and loving right now called The Happiness Project! So, we want to invite you to share any thoughts in the comments you had when watching this.

And  check out Gretchen’s site http://www.happiness-project.com/ You’ll find a ton of really great stuff.

Happy Wednesday!

Thanks, liss! The video brought tears to my eyes. The days are long, but the years are short…..so true!!!! I’ll have to get THE HAPPINESS PROJECT and give it a read.
