As a woman you work, or have a business, and its so easy for you to find time for everything and everyone else except for yourself. As a mom, you work so hard to make sure that you are giving your child(ren) what they need, but its time to take a moment for yourself. This is common amongst todays supermoms, so I say do something you haven’t done in a while and dance like there is no tomorrow. Question, when was the last time you saw someone dancing and they were angry, mad or down right unhappy? Its kinda hard to dance with negative emotions swirling around because its something inherit in your body movement that allows joy, beauty, and laughter to rise to the surface. Truthfully, the power of dance allows you to shake off any worry, fear and doubt and helps you to just live in the moment. You deserve this moment for yourself. Dancing will rejuvenate your cells, help your blood flow, and will send light and love to those areas of your body that needs a divine and magic touch. You don’t have to have go to a dance club, just turn on your radio, ipod, or computer and find your favorite song. A good one I’d suggest is –I Got A Feelin, by the Black-Eyed Peas. Secretly, I personally love the song, Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus. Whatever you choose, let the rhythm flow through your body and simply live in the moment.
